Few Key Projects We Supported In The Past

The Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) of the City of San Luis Obispo is in charge of handling all sewage and wastewater from the County airport, Cal Poly, and the City. Every day, for 365 days a year, the facility processes 4.5 million gallons of wastewater. It operates 24 hours a day. With the contract vendors, Hydroguard is pleased to be associated with the plant's master plan implementation improvement.

Neuse River Wastewater Treatment Plant can handle up to 50 million gallons of wastewater per day at its maximum capacity, and it typically handles more than 18 billion gallons of wastewater annually. Contractors in charge of the industrial supply discovered that our s were incredibly long-lasting and effective in all of these applications. We are therefore delighted to have contributed to the system that treats waste water to keep life alive.

The largest WWTP in the country, Detroit's wastewater treatment facility is presently undergoing an upgrading programme to guarantee long-term compliance with progressively stricter regulatory requirements. Since the facility was put into operation in February 1940, the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) has upgraded it numerous times to meet evolving needs. The current vast scheme of work is the most recent in this history. Thankfully, Hydroguard products are presently being used via contractual procurements once more.

Southwest Water Reclamation Facility Expansion to 18 MGD The Manatee County Utilities, Florida, proposed to upgrade the Southwest Water Reclamation Facility (SWWRF) to expand the capacity of the existing wastewater treatment plant from 14 to 18 MGD. The SWWRF expansion project includes upgrades such as replacing Splitter Box No. 1, adding two 0.5375-million-gallon anoxic basins, constructing Splitter Box No. 3, and incorporating two 1.0-million-gallon aeration basins. It also involves enhancing air distribution, upsizing piping, building a 125-ft diameter secondary clarifier, and creating a new return activated sludge (RAS)/waste activated sludge (WAS) pump station. The project also includes retrofitting existing automatic backwash (ABW) filters and improving chlorine contact chambers with effluent finger weirs. The project is expected to commence in 2024, costing over $193 million.
